I was introduced to Dave roughly 3 years ago when I began looking to buy I home. I knew instantly he was the man for the job. As a first time single buyer, the real estate world was extremely intimidating. I came back to him in Spring 2022 ready to buy and Dave was always there ready to show me a home. It didn't seem to matter what day or time, if I wanted to see a home that he found, we were walking through it within a day. Overall, Dave found me a FANTASTIC home that fit both my needs and my budget. Moreover, he had me set up with a great mortgage broker and together they got me in the home with a quick close just before the significant interest rate hikes. If it weren't for Dave, I wouldn't be writing this in my Home of over two years. If it weren't for Dave, I likely wouldn't have a home at all.
