Jordan Bragg was our realtor and through every step of the home buying process he was always quick and through when he answered our questions and concerns. Lane did a phenomenal job. Communication was clear, honest, and never lacking. Lane and his team were patient as we sorted through the market and they listened and addressed every question and concern. When it came time to put an offer in, he was fast, negotiated, and offered honesty opinions when asked. And even after the contract was signed and our home buying process was moved to the next step, he still frequently checked in and made sure everything was going smoothly. Not to mention he also helped us find a local lender that was just as helpful and reliable. His team asked questions we didn't know to ask, checked things in the houses we didn't think to check, and really held our hand throughout the entire process. We were never in the dark, had the smoothest home buying experience, and closed right on time without a single delay. Can't recommend Lane and his team enough!

It's like we had a trusted family member on the ground.
