Moving from Oklahoma to the Puget Sound region, the housing market and the overall construction of homes was significantly different. I called him to discuss the options of renting out my home and having him do property management or selling it. He went over all of the options, without pushing in either direction. When I decided to sell, he sat down with me for about 30 mins, showed me comparable properties, and told me what I should list my house for. He told me what he would charge for fees, and what he was going to do and when for those fees. He was spot on regarding all his predictions and recommendations, and did everything as promised.
