Hands down the worst real estate experience! Darryl Jones and his agent, Jennifer Sanchez, are extremely incompetent and unprofessional. Jennifer was supposed to be MY agent. The people they used to post the "For Sale" signs broke a PVC pipe in the ground. On the day of an open house, she would literally show up 5 minutes prior if that. There were even potential buyers having to wait on her to open the house. As soon as I accepted an offer from a buyer that she was also representing, I never heard from her. I was lucky if she returned my calls/texts the same day. Jennifer didn't keep me informed throughout the entire process. Getting any kind of information about the status of my buyers home sale was impossible. Jennifer wanted to make the most sales commission possible while doing the least amount of work. She even wanted me to show my own house to potential buyers the majority of the time. DO NOT use this "team" to sell your property. You will be extremely disappointed.
