What I'm leading into is that anybody could list your home on the market, but it takes somebody with strong marketing skills and the ability to reach individuals other than just having it on the mls. If you're not familiar with how it works, the MLS is a website that all Realtors list their homes on. When we list homes on the MLS, we can choose to also list them on other Market sites such as Zillow realtor, redfin, you get the point... but what sets me apart is my marketing strategy and my experience and how to Target people searching for homes. This month I had over 83,000 and Last month alone I had over 112,000 viewings on various media sites. And if you look at some of the collage screenshots I created in the documents that up Nest sent you you can clearly see that simply listing a home for 3 to 5 days I can have as many as 3,000 to 19,000 viewers. How does this affect you? The first week is the optimal time that everybody on the market sees your home. We need to generate and create immediate interest in your home. And by doing so we're going to get more showings and more viewings and in return more offers. Those offers more than likely will turn into competitive offers which equals more money in your pocket. So before you look at somebody's handsome face or pretty picture, are they going to promise and under deliver, or sits back at their desk wait?
