Having chosen to move from Huntsville to live closer to my family in the Midwest, I wanted to select the best realtor to sell my home. Buying our first home was a challenging process, but thanks to Megan, we were able to navigate it all step by step. I cannot recommend Darin & Team, especially Megan Medlen, high enough. Where to even begin! For starters, their local knowledge is unparalleled, which they employed aptly by helping us (a couple of fresh out of college newlyweds) navigate the greater Huntsville/Madison area in an explosive housing industry in 2020. There wasn't a question we could think of that they did not have an immediate and thorough response for. We pestered them with every question under the sun and they were always extremely fast to provide a response. Their process expertise made an extremely stressful even in our lives fly past, and the amount of stress I expected from it never materialized. They handled almost everything on their end and any inputs we were required to make we were walked through and educated on at length before we had to make them. It was as much a master class in how to buy a home as it was in actually buying the home, and it put us at ease. Their responsiveness was frankly out of this world, always prompt and always respectful, and at any hour (within reason). If I had a question, it was answered in almost as much time as it took for me to send it to them. Their ability to walk us through the negotiation's with our offers allowed us to secure a home well under what others were offering to pay for it! Fast forward 2 years, now in 2022 where we are selling the home, it frankly has been a breeze working with Darrin Hasley & Team again, specifically Megan Medlen. Prepping the house, staging the house, pictures, listing the whole 9, was as easy a process with them as it could possibly have been. They fielded a barrage of inquiries on the house and left my experience as a home seller unmarred. Having seen how a number of the other local realtors work, it reaffirms that we struct a gold mine in Darrin & Team. They are head and shoulders above the rest of the real estate industry here in the greater Huntsville area. They clearly take great joy in working with buyers and sellers alike, and one can tell part of the reward for their is in providing the best experience a home buyer/seller could have here in the local area.
