I was new to the home-searching and -buying process, and Darrin happened to be the person who met me at the first property I requested to see via Trulia. Right off the bat he pointed out reasons why I probably wouldn't want that house, and reasons why it would be hard to re-sell; he didn't know me, but immediately he was on my side, thinking both about my needs in a house and about future resale value. He always talked very openly and frankly about the merits and faults of each house we visited. Darrin helped me find a house that is absolutely perfect for me! Darrin Galyean is the absolute best broker out there! I too am a broker however I don't actively practice anymore so I know how difficult his job is. He is ethical, hard working, honest, and is always available to answer any questions. He got my home sold quickly in a very complex situation. He is there to protect your interests and make sure everything goes as smoothly as possible. I didn't know him before I listed with him so I was very fortunate to find the best. Great experience! Sold our home quickly and found another within 3 weeks. We had a very small home to sell and were very afraid it wouldn't sell. We took, what we felt, to be a fair price on it. Darrin also represented us in buying a home after we sold our first. The family that bought our home wanted to move in exceptionally fast, so we didn't have much time to find something else.
