ZillowVERIFIEDWe dreaded the process of selling our home, but Darren made it easy! We used Darren to sell our home when we were moving out of state. He did a fantastic job through the entire process! He met with us on our schedule, gave recommendations for a few little improvements to do prior to listing (touch up painting, adding an electrical outlet, replacing the water heater, etc.), even brought us some moving boxes when we were packing. He arranged to get the work done before listing the house for a very reasonable cost, and he even included getting the house cleaned, putting fresh bark in the planters, and having a gardener maintain our yard as part of his listing service. He wrote an excellent description of our house for the listing (we've all seen those terrible descriptions from other agents that do no justice for the home, Darren is not one of those agents!), got it listed, and then provided great insight on each offer we got. He handled the counter offers, got us through the escrow period, and kept us up to date through the entire process. We were very glad we decided to go with Darren, and would definitely recommend him!
