I met Darren when I was a buyer with my own agent, and he was on the other side representing the seller. Darren was a complete professional and ran circles around my agent (who I thought was pretty good at the time). Turns out that he maximized profits for his client while being honest, very detail oriented, and even followed up with me after the purchase even though I wasn't his client. He basically made my agent look like an amateur. After that transaction, I knew I needed to have Darren on my side, representing my best interests. Since then, Darren has helped me out with a dozen or so transactions buying and selling homes. His insight and experience in the housing market has been invaluable and profitable.
