We were house hunting (and buying) from 2 1/2 hours away which added an extra layer of difficulty. But Darren had the knowledge about the local school system (which itself is a bit tricky) and county systems to help us navigate it all. House buying/selling is stressful even in the easiest circumstances, but Darrens expertises and calm demeanor can help you navigate the most complicated processes with ease.
