Never negotiate a deal yourself. Always use an experienced agent. No one in professional sports or Hollywood ever negotiates their own deal. And for good reason!

3) What types of clients have you worked with?
Buyers and Sellers all over the U.S. Represent Commercial office, retail and warehouse tenants of all sizes in the Maryland/DC region. No deal is too small for my team to handle the same way we would a large deal.
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
Renegotiated an office lease, expanded the Premises, extended the term 2 years early and saved the client tens of thousands of dollars.
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
Hired as a property manager and leasing agent for a commercial developer in Baltimore. Moved on to similar job with the Rouse Company in Columbia. Became an independent tenant rep licensed agent in 1996.
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
