I bought my dream home with their help and stayed in my old house while remodeling. I was expecting a long arduous process because the old house was a "handyman special." I listened to his advice about when to list and he negotiated a cash offer, $5000 over asking price, with no inspections -- IN JUST 4 DAYS! It just doesn't get any better than that! He was wonderful with communication, even if there wasnt anything new he still touched base and we really appreciated that. ZillowVERIFIED From the first contact with Darrell he had our best interests in mind. We had not problems with contacting or communicating with him. He took into account our personalities and preferences during this process and advised us in our decision making. He is so knowledgeable of the Caledonia area his background experience was evident. We started the process of walking though homes just before the Coronavirus pandemic and the stay-at-home orders were in place. Despite these abrupt changes to the home buying process Darrell was able to creatively get through these barriers while maintaining safety. With social distancing we were unable to walk through this home. Darrell contacted the sellers realtor to arrange and instruct him on performing a virtual walk through using Zoom. All went smoothly and believe it or not we put an offer in on a home we hadnt physically been inside. We trusted Darrell advisement and expert offer writing that made our offer contingent in the event that there be delays in inspections, in-person walk through, etc. Through this time we had constant communication and updates. The day of closing was anticlimactic honestly but in a positive way. He literally reads EVERYTHING in every piece of paperwork, and found buried deep in the title paperwork a major restriction that could've stopped us from being able to raise animals on our property (a huge part of our ongoing lifeplan), and then tracked previous owners acrosss multiple states to have it removed in time for our closing. He's basically Batman with a realtors license.In very simple terms, we have a home we love. Every day my wife and I say to each other "We still can't believe this is ours", and it absolutely wouldn't have been possible without Darrell. He'll never truly understand how much his efforts mean to our family, but we have a beautiful, safe place to raise our children and gather our family because of all he and his team did to get us there. I reccomend him to anyone and everyone who'll listen. He's a man of integrity who honestly and truly cares about his clients and their families, and has the talent and expertise to ensure they find their dream.
