ZillowVERIFIEDIt's a shame that I can only give five stars. The Darrell Deward team really knows how to get things done in this crazy market. I bought my dream home with their help and stayed in my old house while remodeling. I was expecting a long arduous process because the old house was a "handyman special." I listened to his advice about when to list and he negotiated a cash offer, $5000 over asking price, with no inspections -- IN JUST 4 DAYS! It just doesn't get any better than that! If you are buying, or selling, and you don't go with the Darrell Deward team, you are making a BIG mistake!
