Let me begin by saying prior to us meeting Darnell Aponte we were guarded as our previous realtor was not a successful experience for us. We met Darnell Aponte while he was hosting a open house that we accidentally came upon while driving by and decided to stop and take a look at it. At this point of our home purchasing journey we had decided to take a break and pray for a decision on what to do next. (since our other realtor experience didn't go well) Darnell greeted us and right away we noticed there was just something different about him. Sure he is very professional and knowledgeable, but many others are as well. What stood out to us was that he truly listened and asked questions as to what we were in need of. Again, many business professionals do that, but with him there was just something different. He was down to earth and he felt like a friend you knew your entire life. I left that conversation feeling like our prayers were finally answered, that we found someone who just seemed to be a honest caring person in this hectic world we all are living in. Well, my first impression was right, he proved himself not only to be a professional and knowledgeable realtor, but he showed us that he had our best interest at heart. He went above and beyond for us during our home purchase journey. In all honesty, he is truly a decent human being.
