Darlene is the ultimate professional. First meeting with her and we knew we made the correct choice in having her represent us. She is extremely organized, has many contacts to make the process easy, and more importantly, is always accessible. If we had a question or concern and contacted her, she always responded very quickly. All of her contacts made getting our home ready very easy and were all very professional. We told Darlene we needed some tile repaired and they showed up same day. Painting happened within a couple days. I could not have found a painter and had them scheduled into my home in 2 days. From our first meeting until we had the house listed was a week. This would have never happened without Darlene and her contacts. We received asking price! Thanks Darlene!

I've worked with Darlene in just about every capacity possible over the last year. She sold my house, she was my buyers agent, and she was also the listing agent for a property I made an offer on. During all transactions Darlene was very professional and extremely responsive! We frequently communicated well after 9PM - Darlene is a worker! She has listings all over Pickerington, but that never once caused any type of delay in showing us a house or responding to a text. I've lost out on homes in the past because the buyers agent was too busy to show us a house when we wanted to see it - that never once happened with Darlene (and I think we probably looked at 10 houses). If she can't show you the house (which is rare), she has a good network of other realtors she works with that can. I highly recommend Darlene as a listing or buyers agent - and I am VERY picky! I went through 4 agents before meeting Darlene and she will be the only person I call when it's time to sell my house again.
