I'm a real estate paralegal and work with many agents but hands down, she is one of the best agents I have ever had the pleasure of working with. She was professional and yet down to earth, honest and knowledgable, and she was always very accommodating. We were on the fence about selling our home because we knew the buy/sale process was not going to be easy and when you throw 2 young children into the mix it gets even more complicated. However with her knowledge of the area and negotiation skills, we received multiple offers and were under contract within 1 week of going to market. She was respectful of our family time and was extremely accommodating when it came to scheduling appointments. We ended up closing in 42 days! On our buy, she was equally as accommodating if not more so. She spent countless hours showing us homes and when we finally found our forever home, she used her expert negotiating skills to close the deal. She made herself available for all the inspections, appraisal, and final walk through.
