Several years ago, my family and I moved to the Orlando area and knew absolutely no one. I met Darla through work and she was very instrumental in my adapting to Florida as quickly as I did! We moved there from VA, so the climate, the people and the overall atmosphere was completely different, she taught me the ropes of living in FL. Although this was many years ago, I have not nor will I forget how valuable she was as a friend and a person to turn to with any questions about the area, best places to live, places to visit and saved us so much time and I am sure many heartaches from making bad decisions. I always found her knowledge to be correct, no misleading, she told the truth about whatever I asked even if she felt I might not like it yet she used such tact and kindness, the truth was welcomed, even if it was not what I wanted to hear about a certain area or attraction.
