1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
Are you paying CASH or getting a LOAN? If a loan, let's get you PREAPPROVED with a LOCAL LENDER so that we know how much money you have to go SHOPPING with! And also because I need to have a PREAPPROVAL LETTER to even make an offer these days, and I need to know what KIND OF LOAN you are preapproved with.
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
I was a court reporter for 10 years and had to quit because of Carpal Tunnel in both hands with no relief after surgery! So after a year of PRAYING about it and lots of job-shadowing, I felt the Lord was calling me into REAL ESTATE! He knows how I love to serve people!
