This was our first time selling, and second purchase in the Fremont area. Darin understood the ever changing Fremont market, and how to attract the right buyer to get absolute top dollar out of our home. He was quite helpful with suggestions for staging our house for pictures and showings. He was easy to reach when we had questions, and was in touch with us daily with updates. We had a cash offer within 2 weeks of listing our property. We have realtor friends from the other real estate companies in town that charge 6-7% for their services. Typically in life, you get what you pay for, but in the case of Darin Whitmer and Dodge County Reality you do not have to sacrifice a quality experience to save a sizable amount of money on the sale or purchase of your home. The Fremont market was saturated with big name agents, and I believe Darin and his team have found a way to level the playing field.
