Initially, when I first met Darin, I could tell he wanted to sell my property. I think he thought it might be a quick sale. Surprise, he had to work a little bit and tolerate some rejections. What I appreciated most about Darin is the fact he didn't throw in the towel. He hung in there and provided me a full list price offer. Hats off to Andrea and Darin. we signed with them after our first realtor could not sell our home. they worked endlessly, with reaching out to potential buyers, other realtors, and having four open houses for us to get foot traffic moving. they never took the foot off the pedal and worked endlessly to get our home sold and they accomplished it. darin spade is an outstanding realtor and very blunt if your ok with that I know I did you I wanted to find someone who was honest and gave the best advise and lead me in the right direction he will do everything he can do to help you he did a lot for me probably another realtor would have not done for me words cant explain how much I appreciate everything he has done for me I will be using him to find my next house (he helped me sell my home) you want a good person who is real and honest I definitely recommend him for buying and selling he's a person who will work for his money and def not just take your money. thank you darin for everything you have done for me and my kids ...
