Darin Elliott helped me in the process of purchasing my home with a streamline FHA 203K. I had a very specific type of property I was looking for and Darin was very understanding and patient with me on this. He worked with me and my hectic multi-job schedule, which I extremely appreciate. It was nice being able to trust him enough to hand over the reins and let him handle it all. Darin was very helpful and professional. He seemed very knowledgeable and was very quick to call me back if I couldnt reach him right away. He made sure everything went smooth and as quick as possible. He also referred me to my mortgage broker that financed me with a great rate. He also knew and referred me to an inspector that we needed to get a second inspection done due to the appraiser. We got that done immediately just in time.
