True, it was a seller's market but he still got us about $20K more than the buyer that a competing agent was offering prior to us signing with Daren. He also managed to delay closing long enough (90 days) for us to liquidate and clean out the property.He is low key and low pressure and no agent that we met with knew the Cherry Hill market better (we interviewed five). He also has an excellent support staff who go out of their way to cut extra keys, make and deliver copies, etc... Bottom line, I don't think that you'll find much better than Daren and his team.

Showed us what to do to get ready to show the house and then once the viewings started it was amazing. 39 viewings and we had to say no to some because we were still living there. In 4 days 5 offers and 4 were over asking. They advised us through the whole process. Great job.
