Daren did an amazing job helping me to navigate the sale of my mother's property. Specifically, as we no longer live In the area, Daren was very helpful in:1- quickly provided a range of comparable properties2- explained the soil and septic code requirements for buyers3- supervised contractors to do some minor works to help maintain market value4- handled all discussions with title agency and our probate lawyer with the right sense of urgency5- followed up quickly and maintained clean files for documentation.6- showed the property to a good number of prospective buyers and gave us his views when several offers came in very quickly but were under our expectations. The key message is that Daren is super professional and transparent. Given our situation, that was the most important factor in helping us decide to go with him.
