Information was changing quickly and uncertainty, even faster. Things that were once a normal part of a transaction such as an appraisal and signing docs at escrow all had to be navigated with the utmost care. Everyone has(d) to do their part to protect the spread. With the hard work of Darcy and team, First American Title, the buyers, their agent and lender, we closed on time. I could go on and on about our amazing experience but I have to get back to trying to home school my kids ??. If only I could get Darcy to help us with that too!
