Darcy Friel

Darcy is a native of Stark County who grew up in, and around, residential real estate! She joined her family in the business in 1995, and earned her broker's license in 2002. Darcy believes strongly in building lasting client relationships, and as a result, over 70% of her business is referrals from current and past clients. Darcy has a level of enthusiasm about real estate which is hard to match! She works diligently to help clients locate the home of their dreams-and is a stickler for helping them stay on budget as well. She is a seasoned real estate investor, and has survived dozens of complete house remodels! Having a family owned construction business gives Darcy a keen eye for the details. Darcy and her husband, Terry, live in North Canton with their four children. Darcy enjoys teaching Sunday school at Jackson Friends Church, where she is a member. She has been recognized as a YStark!"Twenty under 40!" recipient. The YStark! award recognizes Stark County's younger leaders who have demonstrated leadership and social responsibility. She has volunteered as a board member, and past president, of Hammer and Nails, peer counselor for the Pregnancy Support Center, and volunteer for Habitat for Humanity. As a graduate of Malone University, Darcy has been recognized publicly in it's "Salute to Local Alumni," and been invited to speak as a panelist for Malone's distinguished Business Forum. Darcy is Director on the Stark County Board or Realtors, and has been awarded the Ohio Association of Realtors Award of Excellence (top 1%).
