1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
Use a great lender and have an agent that is staying on top of upcoming and available properties. Competition is tough in this market so have someone working hard for you!
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Before listing it for sale, get the home ready. A good agent will be able to walk the home with you and give you a list of items that need to be done to show the home in its best light. Some items you thought may need to be done could be just fine as is, so get some advice ahead of time.
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
Everyone from first time home buyers to million dollar buyers/sellers and a lot of investors buying flips or rental properties
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
I recently sold a home for a police officer at a record price for his neighborhood. I love helping out our Hometown Heroes!
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
I got started in 2012 when the market was in a downturn. I was working with investors and helping them find properties to flip or rent out. When the market started to correct, I transitioned to traditional buyers and sellers but the knowledge I gained working with investors helps me to this day, no matter what market conditions are.
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
With over 7 years experience in all types of market conditions, I have dealt with many different situations and hurdles to overcome with getting a home sold or helping a buyer purchase. I also have extensive knowledge of the construction process and renovations, enabling me to help buyers looking for land to build on or buyers wanting to get that fixer upper and turn it into a dream home.
