Buying a home is one of the most important events in your life so is very important to have the appropriate people by your side during the process. After receiving the good news that I was going to transfer from Charlotte NC to Orlando FL within 60 days I was nervous but need to act quickly. Let start saying that this was on May-June 2020 in the middle of the pandemic so I was not able to travel to Orlando FL. I found the perfect home in Zillow so I request information the same day Sunday 10pm. For my surprise Danny Torres answer my message right away. He schedule a call for next day. He help me and contact the seller and we start the negotiation process the next day since I had already my commitment letter from the bank. Danny was very helpful thru the search process. He send me multiple properties that fit my needs until we wait for the first property I like. He help me making sure I got the house of my dreams. I highly recommend him. Danny did help us a lot. The process was so difficult in the beginning, we come from Puerto Rico and we don't have any person that we could trust. He started with the Florida realty system orientation that included the property searching, the lender information and the overall strategy to complete the buying process. When we stagnate with the searching process, he recommended doing a field trip to see a couple of new development projects. Definitely that was the right move to us and finally, we find a really good and affordable house.
