He bought his first company at the age of 33. It was a motel in the Outer Banks of NC. He expanded the business by adding a fishing charter business that was docked at the motel docks. He sold that business and moved to Southwest Florida. There he purchased a struggling printshop. He added digital printing, graphic design and web marketing and design. Most of his clients were real estate companies and companies that were attached to the real estate business. He sold that in 2008 after the real estate market crash. He moved to Taos, NM and opened a kids playcenter and restaurant. He sold that soon after opening it and moved to Evergreen, CO. There he got his associate broker's license and worked for Keller Williams Foothills in Evergreen, CO. After many years he decided to get his employing broker license and open his own real estate company. Dan is a very honest strait forward guy. You hear stories about realtors just wanting to sell or buy a house, Dan is the complete opposite. He genuinely cares about you first and your needs second. Dan is a straight to guy. After h getting to know Dan more, I felt comfortable selling 3 luxury homes for the price he offered after negotiated asking price. It took two weeks to close this deal and once I did, I felt really comfortable with my decision to have dan become the new owner. Dan simply gave me the opportunity of buy to own. The banks were fixing to foreclose on me, but had already new that I would get rid of these properties to someone like Dan which I learned that he is an ethical real estate broker who gave he a quick return around rate. Selling three homes is tough, let alone simultaneously. Dan took all the pressure, and stress off my back. I tip my hat over to Dan for being professional, trustful, quick, responsive, reasonable, and accurate . true man to his word
