Danny was excellent. Always available and kept us in the loop as to what was happening. We had several offers that fell through and Danny kept us in the loop. He knew when to delay making a counter-offer so that we got the maximum price. He found a lawyer to handle the transaction. I am not sure about the exact reason but we did not get to see a final closing statement until after the close. That could be an Illinois thing or it could be a lawyer thing. Had nothing to do with Danny.
