As a first time home seller one experiences much stress. Mine began from the time I started getting my home empty and ready for showings, having strangers walking through my personal space and then waiting for a buyer. However, having chosen Mr. Danny Lopez was a good thing. He came prepared for our first sit down and was very honest from the beginning. For example, he spotted an issue immediately as he walked through the gates of my home: a garage door frame that needed a fresh coat of paint and before leaving he asked if I had white paint so that he could paint it for me, that was kindness. He always arrived early to make sure that all was in order and to respond to any questions that I might have come up with. Mr. Lopez listened to my concerns and never shut me down. There was a continuous dialogue between us both which made me very comfortable.
