I can?t recommend Danny highly enough! I could not be there in person due to being stationed in a different state. Danny always answered my calls and was prompt to look at houses we were interested in (always within 24 hours!) We were able to tour the houses virtually, and he was helpful in pointing out damages, hazards, or parts that could potentially be problematic/expensive to fix. He is familiar with VA loan requirements and patiently answered all my questions. He guided us in making a fair offer that was within our budget, and he advocated and negotiated for us. He ensured that the house met VA-loan standards, including our air-conditioner installation and minor repairs around the house before closing (keep in mind, we are living on the other side of the country during all this). Danny got the job done, and I couldn?t be happier with how the process turned out.
