I was originally working with another buyers agent but was not happy with how the relationship was going so I interviewed several other agents. Joe stood out as someone I could trust to guide me through the search for my new home and I was very happy with my decision to make the change. Working with Joe was a real pleasure. The process of finding the right new home in the current market took much longer than either of us expected. He took the time to understand my unique needs and arranged showings quickly when things seemed to be moving fast on a property. He was very patient with me when multiple homes we looked at had unacceptable issues that were revealed during my due diligence research. We put together some offers that were not successful due to my offer price and Joe was there every step for me in dealing with the disappointment and helping me move on. When a property came along that had multiple offers he crafted my offer so it was the winning one. Then when the inspection revealed some serious problems that needed to be addressed he negotiated a seller price concession that was accepted and led to a successful closing. I can?t recommend Danny highly enough! I could not be there in person due to being stationed in a different state. Danny always answered my calls and was prompt to look at houses we were interested in (always within 24 hours!) We were able to tour the houses virtually, and he was helpful in pointing out damages, hazards, or parts that could potentially be problematic/expensive to fix. He is familiar with VA loan requirements and patiently answered all my questions. He guided us in making a fair offer that was within our budget, and he advocated and negotiated for us. He ensured that the house met VA-loan standards, including our air-conditioner installation and minor repairs around the house before closing (keep in mind, we are living on the other side of the country during all this). Danny got the job done, and I couldn?t be happier with how the process turned out.
