Danny is a wonderful agent, full of knowledge, patience and respect. One of the qualities I appreciated most about Danny was his willingness to ask for assistance from his "boss" (broker I think is the term) when needed. It takes a confident person to be willing to ask for help and seek the advice of a senior, but it was to our benefit and Danny worked hard for us.He knows his stuff, don't get me wrong, but we managed to get ourselves into some interesting real estate contract dilemas when dealing with foreclosures and issues that pop up past the due diligence period. Over several months we attempted to purchase a home, would pull the trigger and get stuck in a bidding war. Danny carefully advised us throughout this period and never rushed us into a sale that wasn't for us. We are now blissfully settled into our new home and have Danny to thank. As the poster said below, we too felt that we were his only clients due to his excellent accessibility and communication, however we knew better and he manages the demanding priorities well.
