My family and I live in Austin and we were looking to purchase land in Rockport, TX which is a good 3.5 hour drive from Austin. We were working with a local agent prior but he did not keep us informed on what's availalbe nor did he respond to our inquiries. I work in the industry and I've come to know quite a bit of realtors, but the reason I 'd reach out to Danny is because he has an incredible work ethic, he's very honest, and he's got a ton of experience in real estate. I knew he would do whatever it takes to help me with my purchase and so he did. Katherine Foote is Danny's transaction coordinator and she was extremely wonderful to work with as well! It's all about the relationship we have with people in our industry and how well we treat others. I highly recommend Danny Baisley as your realtor!

ZillowVERIFIEDHands down the most helpful realtor I have EVER come across! Not only did the buying process go smoothly, but even AFTER the House was sold and in our care he came to the rescue when our AC was giving us grief. After several days of back and forth chatter with the insurance company and one lazy technician, Danny took time out of his day to come and take a look for us and actually diagnosed the problem for us even when a licensed technician didn't. Thanks to this man my daughter and family FINALLY got to sleep in AC until a new company could come out and permanently fix the issue. The level of care for his clients is ABOVE AND BEYOND! I have friends who are realtors back in CA where I moved from, that have no where near gone to the lengths Danny has to make sure his clients are taken care of. In summary, if you want someone knowledgeable, helpful, and genuinely caring THIS IS YOUR GUY!!!

He wants to know what you and your family want and need in a home. My first showing lasted 40 minutes, when he said, I can tell this home is not making you happy. He was correct!The 2nd home did make me happy! With Danny, I looked and closed within 1 month. Realty Austin was amazing to work with. They worked many late nights to help me close.I rarely say this. This was a 5 Star experience. I am so very pleased.
