About Danna Saia
My name is Danna Saia and my passion, from an early age, has been to make others happy. Growing up in a small town in Mississippi, I played every team sport you can imagine and took dance, as well. I remember always being that player on the team that wanted my teammates to score, make the block or catch the out. It made me happy to see them excited at their own success. At 14, I started my first job as a cashier at grocery store. People would often say; "wow you're tall (I'm 6'1aEUR?) and then; are you always smiling?". Through high school I played basketball and worked. I loved being part of a team, at school, sports or my job; win or lose, just giving my all felt great! By 19, I had begun college and my partner, Jeremy and our new baby, Tristian, moved into our first apartment. The day we moved in, I asked the manager if she knew anyone hiring part time because I was going to college. She said "as responsible and as helpful as you have been to me while getting you moved in, I could hire you as my part time Leasing Agent"...and I was hooked:)! I loved helping people find and settle into their new home; guiding them through the leasing process and sharing tips and info about their new community. The challenges of administration, planning, budgeting and marketing the property excited me. Within a year, I was offered the Property Manager position at a small complex and within the next year, was promoted to Area Manager for the four apartment complexes in the small college town, all while finishing my associates degree, and taking care of my little family. Making others happy, whether it be my family, a resident, my team, or my bosses is what makes me dedicated and helps me strive to keep going. I am very goal oriented and successfully completing a mission is key for me. Hurricane Katrina came and God led our path to a new journey. We arrived in Baldwin County and there would have our second son, Gabriel, now 11. We also bought our first home, in Loxley. Continuing my career as a Property Manager, this time at a multi billion dollar Affordable Housing Property, I found it emotionally and spiritually rewarding to help the single moms or dads, the retired living on SSI, or the single person just trying to make it. After 3 years, though, my need to reach for the next goal had me feeling a bit underutilized. The property was fully leased and the daily challenges were minimal. Then a job was offered to me that I could not turn down as a Property Manager for a much more challenging property to include apartments, condos and single family homes. While at this job, Jeremy and I decided to make some of our own " sleeping moneyaEUR? and invest in ourselves. With some help from family, we bought 2 properties of our own, renovated them and started leasing them. While asking for help was hard, we knew we could do the work and were willing to trim our budget to afford the investment. After 8 years at the property, I found myself saying "I can do so much more but this job offers no more progression due to its size". I had gone as far as I could to go. Though I had always believed that the " Sky's the Limit", I had never been in a position financially to truly step out on that limb and see if I could fly on my own. After years of careful saving and judicial spending, we were finally in a financial position for me to test that limb. With nearly two decades of experience managing multi-million dollars properties and helping people find rental homes, I thought why not put this experience to a "no limits" use helping people with long term real estate needs? I knew I couldn't go through life asking " what if", so I got my Realtors license and on January 6th, 2018 gave 2 weeks notice to my 8 year job, and 16 year career so that I could go out and help individuals sell their home, buy their first home, find an investment, manage investment for individuals, or sell / buy a vacation home. I just want people to know that I am here every step of the way and will do whatever I can to help them. I want to be known for my outstanding client services, my 24/7 availability, my high tech marketing techniques, personal touches and as a great negotiator with my clients best interests in my heart. I believe strongly that it is not only my duty to represent my clients to the best of my ability, but also to educate them throughout every step of the process armed with top notch information and market insight, so that my clients can make the very best decision. I feel very passionate about giving back to the community. I am the local high schools quarterback club president, I help manage the local high school baseball booster club, and I am highly involved with the youth football league. (Yes my children stay active :) ) I volunteer my spare time with a single mother of four babysit so she can work or take care of business or just have a few hours break. I love to practice yoga and I love animals. Most importantly I am a Christian and want to do right by my Lord.
