I had not even started to look for a house when I contacted Danna. She answered my call to her office in response to a house I had seen online. She was super responsive and understanding of my situation, which I thought was a little unusual. I was not planning an immediate move, so she stayed in touch with me for months until I was ready. I knew she was going to be my buyer's agent, but when I considered all she had done for me I decided to use as my seller's agent even though the house I was selling was 30 miles away from her. She did an outstanding job of staging my house. When the house went on the market, it sold the first day for more than we listed it. Danna was extremely professional from the moment we first made contact. She had our needs and desires as a top priority from the beginning. She very easy to reach and always has your best interests in mind. We were on a tight schedule to view and purchase our first home, and Danna was very accommodating. She showed us the properties that we had on our list and walked us through the entire process of putting in an offer. In our particular case, we saw a property that we really like and checked most of the boxes on a Saturday afternoon. Danna met with us later that night to write up the offer and submit. The next day our offer was accepted, just after viewing an even better property and Danna was very helpful and responsive in withdrawing our original offer and submitting a new one on the second property. A few days later our offer was accepted and we moved on with the process. We needed some repairs done by the seller and Danna helped us compile a list to send to the Seller. They counter-offered with very little compensation, so Danna worked her magic and was able to get the Seller to agree to all of our requests. Danna made sure that we got receipts for all the work done and also walked the property after the repairs were done to make sure we were completely happy. Everything was done to our liking and we finalized the purchase soon thereafter. I highly recommend Danna for your real estate needs. She is great to work with and will always fight for you.
