I think I just had the world?s BEST house selling experience. When my mother went into an independent living facility I had to empty, clean and sell the house that she had lived in for 40+ years. DAnn did a fantastic job of helping my wife and I find exactly the right home for our family. DAnn helped us buy a house in MD, where we spent much of the house-hunting time at our home in CA. We needed to move very quickly, and within, I think, 2 months we were closing on a house, despite the crazy housing market. She took several videos for us of homes on the market when we first started looking so that we could have a better idea of the housing prices in MD. She helped us organize our schedule so that when we arrived for a weekend in MD to look for homes, we could manage seeing 19 homes, many with her, some at open houses. We worked with her and the local lender she recommended to negotiate on the house we now own, which was hectic and scary, but the both of them were calm and creative in their negotiation with the seller and managed to make things work.
