I think I just had the world?s BEST house selling experience. When my mother went into an independent living facility I had to empty, clean and sell the house that she had lived in for 40+ years. I spent several weeks moving the items she/we wanted to keep, and then was faced with needing to find a realtor. I was lucky enough to get linked with D?Ann Melnick. Boy, was I lucky! She was fantastic! Incredibly professional, unbelievably prepared at all times and an immediate answer for all of those little speed bumps that come with selling an older house. Communication-great. All calls/emails/texts returned promptly. Knowledge of local market?solid. Organization-thorough. She worked with me making a timeline of how to get the house ready, when to put the Coming on the Market Soon listing, when to get the outstanding professional photographer there to take the pictures?she had it all. Solutions to the many speedbumps of old houses?immediate. We had a slightly-over-radon-reading; she called someone and had a radon mitigation estimate the same day. Her list of resources was amazing?cleaners, contracters, estate-cleaner-outers?she had it all. D?Ann took the 8 offers and presented them to me with comparisons and recommendations. All of her advice was spot on. Closing was smooth and painless. I just cannot recommend this professional enough. If you need to sell/buy a house in the area, she is the person for you.

DAnn did a fantastic job of helping my wife and I find exactly the right home for our family. We were moving from out of state and were unable to tour homes in person, so DAnn traveled around Montgomery County and did virtual tours for us, even narrating by text when shed lost her voice! She helped us put in an offer on our first choice with a very tight time requirement, and because of her responsiveness and thoroughness our offer was accepted. She never missed a beat during the purchasing process, and even after closing she has remained extremely responsive to anything we need help with.
