Danielle is AWESOME to work with! She is very knowledgeable, exceptionally responsive, and a great communicator. She knows how to listen and tease out the aspects of a home that are most important to you and doesnt try to upsell you on things or properties that you dont want. She recently helped us purchase a home after looking for several months. Danielle, was an absolute delight to work with. As first time home buyers we didnt know much and had lots of questions. After accepting a role supporting WA and OR in Sales capacity with the company I work for, I went online to find a Real Estate agent. I do put weight in reviews but also in a good bio, and Danielle's clearly fit my sensibilities! Additionally, we set up time to chat on the phone and she was very easy to talk to. Danielle took the time to understand what my husband I were looking for and was available to show properties, even before I was able to buy (our home was not yet on the market in WI). She was the perfect mix of approachable, fun and professional and most importantly, when the chips are down, she is a master of her craft, with a keen understanding of ins and outs of real estate sales, and handled all aspects of negotiations, inspections and preparation to close with ease. Jeff and I are now uber fans and would both highly recommend her to anyone who is looking to buy or sell. We are not selling anytime soon - LOL, but if we were, she will be our gal!
