We had a personal relationship with Danielle and Chris prior to using them to sell our home. Danielle was very efficient in getting the house listed and marketed. The house was under contract in only 4 days. The buyers had cold feet and Danielle and the buyers realtor stayed on top of the negotiations and resolved it quickly without any negative ramifications. Danielle keep us informed along the way and the closing went off without a hitch, They are very professional, energetic and highly knowledgeable. Would highly recommend them for buyers or sellers.
