The contract process went quickly. Following the home inspection, the buyer asked for four repairs that I went over with Danielle. I appreciated her experience in this area as it was new to me. She was always in contact with me as the repairs took place and very responsive to my text/emails. And this followed through well after my COE. The buyer allowed me to lease back my house and she managed that process for me. Everything went very smoothly.
