I was repeatedly told I would find out about next stages of a housing process or any news the following day and then would be ghosted. I lost other options while I waited for her. She never responded to phone calls, text messages or emails. Her supervisor was also equally unresponsive even though they both initially sounded like they were on top of my offer. Would not recommend putting your time, money, or property into anything ZMD Realty is doing.
