Danielle is the best of the best. The home buying/selling process can be overwhelming and stressful but she makes it feel easy and seamless. No matter what surprises came our way, she remained calm and focused on finding solutions that fit my needs. Admittedly, I probably wasnt the best client, constantly flip flopping and changing my mind about what I wanted (or thought I wanted). But she never gave up on me! Her team and Rolodex of referrals were able to step in to cover everything - if she doesnt know the answer, she's knows someone who knows the answer. She put me in touch with an attorney, lender, inspector, insurance broker, and I couldnt be more pleased with my experience with each. It also helped to keep everything in house to make sure everyone was on the same page. She is extremely responsive and was able to accommodate my busy schedule as well. If I could give her more stars I would. I wont be using anyone else in the future and you shouldnt either!

Danielle was the most important pillar in my home buying process. She did everything in her power to make my life easier during the initial search, and kept that same energy once we FINALLY got an accepted offer. I desperately needed her positive attitude to keep me in line after looking at 30+ properties and getting outbid on my first 3 offers. There was no pressure to make any decisions I wasn't comfortable with - she consistently reinforced patience to ensure that I would find something that I was going to be happy with. Danielle was also flexible with my busy work schedule and was extremely responsive outside of normal business hours and weekends.
