We recently relocated for work. Trying to buy a house from over 9 hours away is daunting when you dont know the ins and outs of the area, and could have been incredibly stressful when housing inventory is limited. When we decided to start seriously home shopping (after a couple months of browsing on our own), we called her based the recommendation from a friend who lived in the region. Danielle was professional, friendly, and incredibly easy to work with from start to finish! Over the next couple of weeks, thanks to technology and Danielles willingness, we were able to look at several homes in the Fox Valley remotely. She gave us great feedback about each house we saw, including what sort of repairs we might be looking at along with the ins and outs of each neighborhood and school district which was very important to us with young kids. She also gave us guidance about how much we could expect each house to sell for, which was especially helpful given the limited inventory available at the time and how competitive the Fox Valley was! Once we found a house we were interested in, Danielle helped us negotiate an offer within a couple of days, and we had a signed contract pending on onsite inspection by my wife and I in short order. Keep in mind this was all done remotely!! Throughout the inspection and closing process, Danielle kept everything running on track and made it so we didn't have to worry about any of the details. She was very responsive whenever we had questions, and we relied a lot on her experience throughout our move! Danielle was absolutely wonderful to work with!
