When selling my condo she did comps around the area and knew that if I did a few upgrades to the kitchen/bathrooms, it would be a multiple return in my pocket at the sale. She designed the layout and coordinated all of the contractors to sand, paint, and install new granite. She personally went out of her way to buy new hardware and sinks for them to install.
