Wow. Wow. Wow!Up front: Suzi is a Godsend! From across the world, she helped us find AND buy our first home!!Active military, stationed in Japan, new orders to Rhode Island prompted us to TRY to buy our very first house. We found Suzi on the Facebook military spouses page and could immediately tell she was prepared to go above and beyond to help us, even though we were a world away. Suzi met us on Facebook Live to do video walkthroughs of at least 20 houses ALL over RI. I was intent on putting $0 down with my VA loan AGAINST Suzis advice aEUR" BIG MISTAKE aEUR" because the moment I finally listened to her and put down a competitive amount, we landed our FIRST offer, AFTER getting beat out on our first 10 offers. I have known Danielle as a real estate agent for about 10 years, since she started out in the business. At first, she handled my rental property at 161 Narragansett Blvd, Portsmouth RI. She always did a superb job checking out the potential suitability for the rental, as I was an out of state owner located in South Florida, over 1000 miles away from RI. She examined carefully the potential renters' financial capability, checked into their background as a previous tenant, if that were the case, and after the tenants moved in often updated me on various issues which arose in the house. As her rental sales grew she formed a group and had one Suzi Smith, also of Keller Williams, handle the rentals. Suzi was also terrific. Again following the most professional aspects of Daniele. In addition Suzi has a terrific personally and is always willing to help. Last year in late 2021 I decided to put my house up f sale and Danielle was my "sellers" agent. She did a very careful examination of comparables. My RI house is located in an area of very wide house values, being on the water (Sakonnet River) in the Common Fence Point section of Portsmouth RI. We estimated the very high values and very low values and finally fixed on the right price. Her showings and house tours were perfectly set. Her negotiation with the eventual buyer (and agent) was professional and detailed with information about the house. I strongly recommend Danielle and her team for sales and rentals. Danielle and her team wowed me from day one. I mustve interviewed over a dozen real estate agents. Danielle and her team are young but yet very knowledgeable and professional. This was our first house purchase and we wanted someone who was direct but not pushy, so we met with a few realtors. Danielle immediately stuck out as someone who would be respectful, honest, and savvy in our home search (and she was). We felt like she listened to what our vision was and who we were, and talked with us honestly about each place we were looking at. She had a sharp eye for details and was always prepared to act on our behalf. She knew when to tell you to put an offer in above asking price and she knew when to tell you to hold off (as she did when we were getting a little overzealous with our terms). She had great referrals for anything we needed, like home inspectors and the law firm who prepared our paperwork. She did all the research to make sure where we lived was safe for our young daughter and where we would have room for our growing family, all while being mindful of our budget. In this crazy market, we felt really cared for. I know we werent her most high-end clients, but she never treated us like we deserved less. She anticipated so many of our needs and made closing easier than we imagined possible. If we ever search for another home or property, we will definitely call Danielle!
