Where can I even start. Thank you is not enough for what Daniela has done for me and my husband. Daniela was persistent with her efforts in selling our home. She provided her time and energy to get our home into the shape it needed to be for buyers to look at our home in another view. The way she pays attention to details and what catches the buyers eyes is amazing. She takes time to greet all the clients and answers all their questions and takes COVID procedures very seriously. Daniela was a real pleasure to work with. We used her to both sell and buy our new home. She was responsive, always on time, and truly helpful in every step of the process. If we could give her a million stars out of 10, we would! She made selling our home a breeze, and the purchase even easier. You need her, she picks up the phone or calls you right back to assist. She also introduced us to our loan officer Derek Kamm, and he was amazing! Everyone she sent our way from the inspection to the loan officer was amazing! We highly recommend Daniela for both buying and selling. FYI, this was our 2nd home purchase and 1st time selling so we knew how some real estate agents could be bad, late, unresponsive, or set unrealistic expectations. She was 100% upfront with everything and gave us realistic expectations on the entire process.
