These two are the best realtors there could ever be. Starting with expert photos of my house, they took care of every detail without being asked and made the process of both selling my house and buying another go smoothly. They are "full service," and that is not an exaggeration. With Melissa and Dan, the glass is not just "full." It is over-flowing.
They did a great job. They helped us do a market analysis to select a good, but realistic sales price. They helped us get two offers at the same time, and one being a full-price offer! They held our hand all the way through the closing process. Highly recommended!
DAN DID WHAT HE SAID HE WOULD DO , THE WAS HELPFULL FOR US AS AN OUT OF TOWN SALE , HE CALLED ME EVERY STEP OF THE PROSESS TO THE END OF THE DEAL , HE IS EASY TO DEAL WITH AND WOULD BE AN ASSETT TO ANYONE LOOKING TO SELL THEIR HOME .
They were very professional. Gave me some good tips for showing my home. Especially appreciated the way that they answered my questions and returned my phone calls. They were up to date with using my computer to sign documents, without faxing them back and forth. They were very helpful and pleasant to work with. I highly recommend them.

2 houses in 2 years- Best evidence of satisfaction! As "flatlanders" from eastern Virginia (a Burnsville term of endearment??) We sought a home for our son who had attended Arthur Morgan School and loved the area. He wanted to live on a mountain and was on a tight budget due to a disability.The Wahler team , knowing we were looking for a very inexpensive home; nonetheless, treated all of us with respect, dedication and professionalism. Calls answered immediately or within 15 minutes, information requests provided likewise. When we found what has turned out to be the perfect home for our son, they provided excellent advice in the negotiation of price. During closing, no detail was left unaddressed. How pleased were we? So pleased we bought a second house near our son, with the Wahler team help. As a professional, I believe repeat business is the ultimate evidence and compliment of a Client's satisfaction. The Wahler team was professionally outstanding and as a married team, they made us feel like part of their family. They helped our son realize one of his biggest dreams, to live on a mountain near the school that meant so much to him. They made our dream come true by finding us a home near our son and his two children. Life is good!
I MET WITH THEM AFTER GIVING ONLY A FEW DAYS NOTICE AND THEY WERE ABLE TO PULL TOGETHER A LIST OF THE HOUSES I WANTED TO SEE. KNEW THE AREAS I WAS INTERESTED IN VERY WELL. VERY ACCOMODATING. HAVEN'T GOTTEN INTO A NEGOTIATION STAGE YET BUT HOPEFULLY WE WILL SOON.
Dan Wahlers treated me very fairly during the entire process. He not only showed me the listings I was interested in, but showed me listings from his own inventory that I hadn't previously considered. He will not place you in a home that has critical failings or extensive damage; and will point out faults to you. He was always very responsive to my messages and texts. He is local to Burnsville; and he will plug you in to the local services and utilities that you need in order to close anywhere in Yancey County. I do not suggest you use his recommended home inspector; I was not impressed with things I found after move-in that the inspector should have spotted before-hand.
