I have no affiliation with the area that the house we listed is in and I live over 100 miles outside of the State of New York. Upon trying to sell a family members home who did live in the area we asked around for a broker and Dan's name came up and was highly recommended so we called him. Once you meet Dan you will see why he is a great person to work with. The house that was being sold was during the start of the pandemic. The house was old and needed work prior to being sold. With Dan living in the area his entire life and his family being in the real-estate business as well he was up to the challenge and came through with every aspect of getting the house sale ready and marketing the house accordingly. Once again in a very difficult time where people were hesitant or could not leave their homes. The house was sold in a very timely manner considering everything that was going on.
