Daniel recently helped us buy our house and sell our previous one. He was upfront with all his recomendations and they were spot on whiched helped in both buying and selling. He isn't pushy or aggressive in trying to get you to buy or sell on something that you don't want. He was very patient with us and had no problems answering any questions we had.
