Even in this tough market Dan was able to find us a home for a very reasonable price. We put in an offer and within hours it was accepted. He always worked his schedule around ours. We just told him a time and he made sure to be there. His wife is also an awesome realtor so they work as a great team. If you need a home inspector, lawyer, contractor, etc, they got you covered! Dan really goes above and beyond to make sure everything gets done. If we ever need a realtor again in the future Dan will absolutely be our first call!
