Ive had a great experience working with Daniel 5 years ago when I decided to buy my first property. Little do I know I was his first client ever. 5 years later, I made a decision to finally sell my co-op and get a 1 family house. Theres no one Id rather work with but Daniel. If you are in the queens or long island area please save yourself a ton of headaches and hire Daniel. He is professional and personable all at the same time. He got me a buyer one week after posting the listing and closed within 4 months. And btw, he presented my listing very nice with a professional photographer! I loved it! He will do all the heavy lifting like background checks to making sure the buyer will be a good candidate, dealing with management and making arrangements with the board if you are in a coop. It was nice to have his experience and expertise to rely on. There is no way I could have done this by myself. He made the experience of selling my coop not only easy but incredibly pleasant as well. He kept me updated all throughout. He turned a difficult situation of selling my coop into an easy and pleasurable experience. Daniel helped me find a house super quick, and was able to negotiated below asking price. All this work at the same time I was selling my co-op. He definitely made me feel at ease and the transition of selling my co-op to buying a 1 family house was absolutely smooth. We closed 2 deals at the same day. What more can I say?
