Dan assisted with the purchase of our new home in north Naples. Prior to our coming to Naples in October, he previewed several homes on our behalf. As we toured the homes with Dan, he provided lots of detail about features and benefits that each home had (or did not have!). He also provided lots of information on the neighborhoods. When we found "the perfect house", he was very helpful during the negotiation and contract process. Dan also handled the sale of our golf-course condo. Lucky for us, the condo sold in just a couple of days. Because the purchasers requested a quick closing, the stress level went sky-high. Since all of this was happening while we were back in Minnesota, Dan worked on our behalf to find a painter for the interior of the new home, as well as finding a home inspector, packers, movers and cleaners for both properties. Oh yes, and let's not forget the radon mitigation system that was required for the condo we were selling. We could not have pulled off this flawless move without his help! Everything came together perfectly. Both transactions closed successfully and we are really loving our new home. We can't wait to return to it in February!

Dan has been GREAT. I was not sure exactly what I was looking for and was in another state. Dan explained every area I considered the goods and bad points of the areas and helped me to find exactly what I wanted. He then sent me any info I asked for and several photos of the properties. when I made my decision and flew down to see property he met me showed me the property and gave me a tour of the entire area, he even got me in contact with a local guide that took me fishing and showed me the water! He has been the biggest help with completing the sale out of state. I deal with allot of realtors in my profession and he has been the best ( must be the latitude)

We contaced Mr. Rowe via email for additional information on a property in Naples, FL that was listed on Zillow. Mr. Rowe provided comprehensive set of data about the property. We arranged a meeting, travelled from the Washington, DC area and met with Mr. Rowe according to schedule. He showed us the property in which we were interested. Unfortunately, we found that the original property would not meet our needs. Undaunted, Mr. Rowe immediately offered to show us other properties that he believed would meet our requirements. Over the next few days we inspected several properties and found one that is ideal. We immediatley submitted a contract on the property, and after a bit of negotiation were able to come to agreement with the seller. We're pleased to report that we closed on the property on 6/12/2015. From beginning to end, Mr. Rowe was out in front of all activities associated with the sale. He was able to provide the names of people to handle home inspection and oversee the seller's repairs, facilitated interaction with the Home Owner's Association, and recommended a company to handle the financing. Mr. Rowe is a consummate professional and we are very grateful for his efforts. We highly recommend him to anyone in need of a real estate agent.
